Which tools does Prokta replace?
Prokta replaces the spreadsheets, chat threads and separate KYC, courier and invoicing tools most trade-in programs stitch together. Where another product also grades with AI, such as NSYS, BlackBelt360 or Pandas, you can make Prokta the grading record.
Which tools does Prokta work alongside?
Prokta does not perform certified data erasure, bench-level hardware diagnostics, IMEI blacklist checks or resale certification. It works alongside the tools that do, such as Phonecheck, Blancco, NSYS and BlackBelt360.
Does Prokta need special hardware?
No. Grading runs in the Prokta app using photos, and the customer runs quick screen and camera tests in their own browser by scanning a QR code, with nothing to install. Any store with a phone can start.
